I first started Yogawolf/Joanna's classes back in 2018 when I was recovering from breast cancer treatment and I found the mixture of relaxation and stretching poses a good way to switch off my mind and gently push myself after a period when I had not been active for quite a while.
Joanna eventually convinced me to do a headstand and it felt liberating!
I enjoy her classes, whether on a Saturday morning when it sets me up for the day, or on a mid-week evening when I need to wind down so that I can get some restorative sleep to get me through to the weekend.
I would definitely recommend Joanna's classes, there's something for everyone.
Mark Pattinson, Formula 1
I’m the Chief Mechanic for Williams Formula 1 Race Team and was looking for a Yoga Teacher for the pit-crew training schedule. Joanna came highly recommended to me and so I decided to take one of her classes.
I wanted someone that would command respect but would also bring some enjoyment to a class. We are a competitive bunch and always enjoy pushing the boundaries albeit the Team are of mixed ability when it comes to Yoga. Jo’s classes definitely cater for all abilities which I liked and needed.
I required a teacher that was going to increase the teams strength/core strength/flexibility and above all reduce injuries occurring during live pit-stops which is exactly what I got.
Jo has a calming voice and always takes the time to ensure we are practicing the poses correctly before moving on to the next move/pose.
Joanna is a valued member of my race team training program and we hope to build on our sessions over time with her.
Amanda, Yoga Teacher
Jo is an excellent teacher. Her classes are pacey and presented as a seamless flow of movements accompanied by articulate, intelligent instruction. She has a wealth of knowledge and inspires each student to challenge their own boundaries within safe practise.
Kate Wilde, Yoga Teacher
Joanna really is an authentic teacher, who shares from her heart. Her classes are strong, dynamic and sensitive; a tricky mix to get right but she does it so well. She welcomes you so you feel part of the class from day one. She is able to discuss some of the more subtle practices of yoga within the structure of the class so it is not just about the physical.

Jo is quite simply a fantastic teacher!
She is warm, friendly and empathetic,
but knows when to challenge you to exceed your own expectations!
